Lanvin has appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
The categories of personal data that Lanvin collects and processes when you browse or shop on www.lanvin.com, are as follows:

 

  1. we collect the personal data necessary to complete and execute your purchase on www.lanvin.com, such as first and last name, email address, shipping address, billing address, telephone and payment details;

  6. Analysis and statistical surveys. We use some information about your use of the Website, mode of browsing and use of the related services, to conduct analyses and statistical surveys in order to improve our offerings and services.
  7. Sending marketing communications following the purchase of one of our products, so-called soft spam. Following the purchase of one of our products on the Website, we will send you, to the email address that you provided us to complete the order, commercial communications on similar products and services.
  8. With your express consent, we will be able to use the contact details you have provided for marketing communications on our products and services, in order to update you on news, new arrivals, exclusive products, and on our offers and promotions. 4. MY ACCOUNT/ MY L

When My L is created, Lanvin offers you the following services:

    1. Registration Details: check and edit your personal details, email address and password.
    2. My Orders: enter your Order Number in the space below to see the list of products you have ordered and information on their delivery status.
    3. Card wallet: safely store your credit card details.
    4. Address Book: safely store your address details to complete the order process quickly.
    5. Wish List: create your ideal wardrobe, a personal collection of your favorite items. Save up to 50 of your most wanted items to follow their availability and add them directly to your Shopping Bag.

With your express consent, we will be able to use the contact details you have provided for marketing communications on our products and services, in order to update you on news, new arrivals, exclusive products, and on our offers and promotions, and for market research and surveys to determine your level of satisfaction and improve the services offered.
With your express consent only, Lanvin may personalize, in line with your interests, your experience and the content of commercial communications and the offers you will receive when you browse www.lanvin.com as a registered user. This allows for a more streamlined search for products and services of greatest interest to you and, at the same time, allows us to improve our offers to you. The personalization is made possible by analzying your personal data in our possession, described in the paragraph ‘What personal data do we collect?’. In particular, information on purchases you have made in the past and those relating to the sections of the Website you visit most often or the services you use most often help us to understand which products and services are most interesting for you.

5. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

We only process your personal data when one of the legal bases set by the current legislation is present, and specifically:

  1. To finalize and perform a contract to which you are a party. When we process your data on this basis we take care to use only the minimum information necessary to perform the contract. This basis legitimizes the processing of personal data that occurs in the following activities:

6. WHO WILL PROCESS YOUR DATA?

Your personal data will be processed by the internal staff of Lanvin specifically trained and authorized for this processing. In carrying out the processing, the data may also be transferred to other companies of the Group to which Lanvin belongs.
Your personal data may also be transferred to third parties that we use to provide our services; these parties have been adequately selected and offer a guarantee of compliance with data protection regulations. These parties have been appointed as data processors and carry out their activities according to the instructions given by Lanvin and are under its control.
The third parties in question belong to the following categories: website operator (YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP), banking operators, internet providers, IT companies, couriers, marketing companies, companies specialized in market research and analysis.
Your data may be disclosed to the law enforcement and judicial and administrative authorities, in accordance with the law, for the investigation and prosecution of crimes, the prevention and protection of threats to public security, to allow Lanvin to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court, as well as for other reasons related to the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

7. EXTRA-EU TRANSFER

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE DATA?

We keep your personal data for a limited period of time, which differs depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of your personal data. After this period, your data will be permanently erased or otherwise irreversibly rendered anonymous.

This duration is justified by different consumption behaviours in the luxury sector;
  8. data provided for marketing activities, and market research and satisfaction surveys: up to the request by the user to interrupt the activity and in any case within two years from the last interaction of any kind by the user with Lanvin;
  9. data used to customize the Website and to show you customized sales offers: up to the request by the user to interrupt the activity and in any case within 13 months from the last interaction of any kind by the user with Lanvin;

In any case, for technical reasons, the termination of the processing and the subsequent definitive deletion or irreversible anonymization of the related personal data shall be effective within thirty days from the terms indicated above.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

At any time you may exercise your rights in reference to the specific processing of your personal data by Lanvin. Please find below a general description of these rights and how to exercise them.

  1. Access your data and correct it: you have the right to access your personal data and to request that it be corrected, modified or supplemented with other information. If you wish, we will provide you with a copy of your data in our possession.

In this regard, we remind you that marketing activities are considered to be the sending of sales and promotional communications, the conducting of market research and surveys to determine the level of satisfaction and improve our services.
