RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return policy

You can ask for a return for items purchased on Lanvin Online Store within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Login to your LANVIN account and go to the My Orders section.
  2. Choose the order you wish to return by clicking on View Order and click on Return.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
  4. Validate by clicking on Add Item to Return
  5. Once your return request has been authorized by our Customer Care, log on to ups.com and add your initial tracking number on the tracking page.
  6. Select "return this parcel" on the tracking page.
  7. Please fill in the reason for the return. You can now print the return label.
  8. Stick the return label on the package. Do not forget to place the products you wish to return in their original packaging.
  9. Schedule a pick-up of your parcel at ups.com/pickup or drop it off at a UPS Drop-Off location www.ups.com/dropoff.

If you encounter any difficulties arranging your return:

Please contact our Customer Care (customercare@lanvin.com) who will be delighted to assist you. We will gladly reply from Monday to Friday (CET time zone) from 9 am to 6 pm.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds

We usually accept returns within 3 to 7 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.

Our bank will reimburse you within 10 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on your payment service.


How to exchange an article ?

We are sorry to inform you that exchanges are not possible at the moment. Nevertheless, you can return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order.

I want to return a gift. How does the refund work in this case ?

If the order was paid with PayPal or a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund a different account.
