Shipping costs and delivery

Standard Shipping: free
Delivery in 2-3 working days
 

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 12 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 12 p.m. Orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays are dispatched within 48 hours.

Please note that orders placed during a Sale period may expect a delay in fulfilment.

Multiple items within the same order will be shipped in separate packages with their own tracking number.

UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from the distribution center. Log into your account to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

As all orders are made automatically, it is impossible for us to modify shipping and delivery times.


Shipping restrictions

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General DeliveryP.O. Boxes, Azores, Madeira, the Faéroér Islands, Greenland, Aland Island, the Holland Antilles, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
 

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the top right corner of every page.
